Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise noted, items ship in 8-15 business days.
Inclement weather conditions, limited product availability, extended holidays and/or heightened demand may at times impact this timeframe. Customers will be notified by email or phone if aforementioned circumstances will affect the general delivery schedule of their purchase.
Inconsistent shipping and billing addresses may also impact timeframe due to extended order verification process. Customers will be notified by email, text or telephone if authorization prior to shipment is necessary.
If packages can not be delivered due to customer not being at home to pick it up or wrong address and the item is returned, the customer will have to pay the shipping fee to be shipped back out.
If a package was delivered, but you can't locate it, please contact the shipping company (USPS, FedEx, etc) that was listed on your shipment email and file missing package claim to start an investigation to track down your package.
International Customers
Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks shipping time for International Orders.
All orders are shipped via USPS. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on your package.
